Rock Creek Middle School
A new educational facility in a structure that expresses permanency and long-term investment by the community. Its natural materials, high performance glass and pre-finished metals require minimal maintenance, guarantee optimum performance and increase its sustainability over the building's life. This 130,000-sf steel framed structure with masonry shear walls included an extensive site work package. Many bioswales were placed around the building to handle roof water.
